Complaints about own-workforce matters filed through designated channels
Measurement answer
What this metric measures
Complaint records about own-workforce matters filed during the reporting period through designated workforce concern channels or, where applicable, OECD National Contact Points, excluding discrimination incidents already counted separately.

Reporting boundary
Count complaint records, not complainants, affected people, allegations, unique incidents or substantiated findings. Exclude discrimination incidents already reported under the current ESRS discrimination count. Deduplicate cross-channel transfers and repeated filings before aggregation. Sum only mutually exclusive channels or jurisdictions under the same filing rule. Status rows are alternative views and are not additive.

Evidence and status sources
Sustopedia checked each record-specific claim directly against primary publisher material. Labels distinguish current measurement authority from future compatibility and corroborative, legal, edition, or method status context. Corroborative evidence can support a stated limitation but cannot establish the core measurement by itself.

- One unit is one deduplicated complaint filing, not one complainant, affected person, allegation, incident, or substantiated finding.
Record-specific limitations
- Channel awareness, accessibility, retaliation risk, trust, anonymous reporting and legal culture strongly affect filing levels. A higher count can reflect better access rather than worse conduct. The count says nothing about merit, severity, remediation or prevalence.
Interpret this metric with the stated reporting boundary, period convention, value shape, and unit. Results prepared with different boundaries or conventions may not be directly comparable.
Measurement evidence supports the core record-specific claims described above. Corroborative evidence can support limitations, while compatibility and status sources provide their separately labelled context. None of these cards by itself determines an organisation's legal applicability, filing readiness, assurance status, or compliance conclusion.
