Record-specific limitations

  • Soil and E-PRTR land terminology require an explicit edition-scoped mapping.
  • Chemically unlike pollutant masses cannot be combined into a meaningful soil-pollutant total.
  • Released mass omits mobility, persistence, bioavailability, site sensitivity, concentration and remediation status.
  • Off-site waste transfer is not a direct soil release and must remain separate.
