Record-specific limitations

  • Purchased energy here excludes purchased fuels, which remain in the fuel-consumption record.
  • A renewable contractual claim depends on attribute quality, ownership, market boundary and timing.
  • Location-based and market-based alternatives are not additive.
  • Utility supply, power-purchase agreements, green tariffs and unbundled certificates can overlap without procurement controls.
