Record-specific limitations
- Near depends on a declared activity-specific area of influence, distance method, or buffer rule.
- Presence in or near a sensitive area does not by itself establish negative impact or materiality.
- One site can relate to several areas, so relationship rows are not a deduplicated site count.
Interpret this metric with the stated reporting boundary, period convention, value shape, and unit. Results prepared with different boundaries or conventions may not be directly comparable.
