  • Reporters can use different wage statistics, remuneration components, family assumptions, benchmarks and price dates. Supplier payroll visibility and privacy can limit evidence. A benchmark estimates needs.
  • It does not prove actual pay. A source-reported “meets” outcome can depend on assumptions that differ across locations and does not prove legal compliance or a decent work outcome more broadly.
